When I became a mom I began to refine my Pilates instruction specifically for new mothers. I had been working nonstop, teaching Pilates and training teachers around the world. Now I was at home nursing around the clock. I felt I was speaking a different language that only Moms can understand . My goal is to help other women throughout this journey called motherhood. It is an exciting time, the hardest job I’ve ever had and the most rewarding one.
Signature Programs
Moms-to-be
This program is available to you the moment you find out you are pregnant. It caters to all your needs as your body changes, easing any discomfort and allowing you to safely stay fit. In twice-a-week sessions we focus on proper breathing and correct posture, preparing you for birth physically and mentally. Strong pelvic floor muscles can make it much easier to push out your baby.
Mama Like Me
Beginning six to eight weeks after birth (with your doctor’s okay) I suggest private sessions twice a week for a year. You will be checked for diastiess racti, one reason you may still have a belly. You will work your core muscles and pelvic floor and regain your strength and stamina! Strengthening the pelvic floor, by the way, can deepen your orgasms!
Personal Pilates Training
You will work your core, achieve more flexibility, improve your posture and establish proper breathing.
