When I became a mom, I began to refine my Pilates instruction specifically for new mothers. I had been working nonstop, teaching Pilates and training teachers around the world. Now I was at home nursing around the clock. I felt I was speaking a different language that only Moms can understand. My goal is to help Pilates instructors to gain the confidence to teach moms and moms to be. I want to give them the right tools to know how to give a challenging workout but still keep them safe!
